Phase III: Type II diabetes (J2A-MC-GZGT)
Are naïve to insulin therapy and antihyperglycemic medication
Have a stable weight for at least 90 days prior to screening
Have a BMI of >30 kg/cm
Must have an A1c of at least 7.5
Phase III: Type II diabetes (J2A-MC-GZGS)
18 and older
must be taking antihyperglycemic medication at least 90 days prior to visit 1
Must have a chronic disease (Not sure if you have one? We can do a free ABI test to find out.)
must have an A1C of at least 7.0 or higher
Phase III: Obesity/Type II Diabetes (J2A-MC-GZGQ)
18 and older
BMI of < 30 or BMI of < 27 with prior health conditions
at least one unsuccessful attempt to lose body weight
Must be on at least one antihyperglycemic medication
Phase III: Childhood Migraine (H8H-MC-LAHV)
6-18 Years Old
History of Migraine Attacks
Migraines that last longer than 3 hours
at least 2-8 migraines per month prior to the start of the study
Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
4-12 year old boys & 4-5 year old girls
ADHD symptoms present for at least 6 months OR diagnosed with ADHD
Cannot have any mental health disorders
Childhood Constipation (M21-572)
2-5 year olds
2 or fewer Bowel Movements(BM) 1 month prior to visit 1
Hard/painful BM’s
Large Fecal Mass in the rectum
Large diameter stools
