Phase III: Weight Loss (AMG133)
  • Over the age of 18

  • Must have a BMI greater than 30

  • Must not be on any other weight loss medication

  • Willing to self-inject medication subcutaneously

Phase II: Type II Diabetes (Carmot)
  • 18 and older

  • must have an A1C of 7.0 or higher

  • Must have be on metformin alone or metformin with a SGLT2 or diet and exercise

  • must have an A1C of at least 7.0 or higher

Phase IIA: Weight Loss (Pfizer C4551010)
  • 18 and older

  • BMI of < 30 or BMI of < 27 with prior health conditions

  • at least one unsuccessful attempt to lose body weight

  • Must be willing to take an injectable and an oral medication

Phase III: Childhood Migraine (H8H-MC-LAHV)
  • 6-18 Years Old

  • History of Migraine Attacks

  • Migraines that last longer than 3 hours

  • at least 2-8 migraines per month prior to the start of the study

Phase II: Pneumococcal Vaccine (Pfizer)
  • 12-15 months

  • Must have received at least 3 doses of Prevnar20

Phase II/III: Chronic Kidney disease (Vertex)
  • 12 to 65 years of age

  • Must be diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease

  • Must have the APOL-1 biomarker

Phase II: Type II Disease (J1R-MC-GZFD)

  • Over the age of 18

  • Must be diagnosed with type II Diabetes

  • Must be taking semaglutide or tirzepatide
