Phase III: Weight Loss (AMG133)
Over the age of 18
Must have a BMI greater than 30
Must not be on any other weight loss medication
Willing to self-inject medication subcutaneously
Phase II: Type II Diabetes (Carmot)
18 and older
must have an A1C of 7.0 or higher
Must have be on metformin alone or metformin with a SGLT2 or diet and exercise
must have an A1C of at least 7.0 or higher
Phase IIA: Weight Loss (Pfizer C4551010)
18 and older
BMI of < 30 or BMI of < 27 with prior health conditions
at least one unsuccessful attempt to lose body weight
Must be willing to take an injectable and an oral medication
Phase III: Childhood Migraine (H8H-MC-LAHV)
6-18 Years Old
History of Migraine Attacks
Migraines that last longer than 3 hours
at least 2-8 migraines per month prior to the start of the study
Phase II: Pneumococcal Vaccine (Pfizer)
12-15 months
Must have received at least 3 doses of Prevnar20
Phase II/III: Chronic Kidney disease (Vertex)
12 to 65 years of age
Must be diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease
Must have the APOL-1 biomarker
Phase II: Type II Disease (J1R-MC-GZFD)
Over the age of 18
Must be diagnosed with type II Diabetes
Must be taking semaglutide or tirzepatide
